BJHPW - 500 kn concrete drainage pipe pressure test device is according to national standard "concrete and reinforced concrete drain" (GB/T 11836-99), the concrete and reinforced concrete drain test method (GB/T 16752-2010) and developed, using three compression mode, mainly is suitable for the concrete and reinforced concrete drain pipe of the external pressure test.

Test methods for concrete and reinforced concrete drain pipes (GB/T 16752-2010)

1. The beam adopts electric screw lifting (or oil cylinder lifting) to facilitate the test of different diameter drainage pipes (1000-2600mm).

2. The lower support beams are divided into sections to facilitate the test of different length drains.

3. Concrete pouring shall be adopted on the base of the machine base (by the demander to solve the construction plan by itself), and the ground level shall be arranged to facilitate the placement of all kinds of oral drain pipes.
