The installation and adjustment of micro - screen hydraulic universal testing machine is an important work. It is related to restoring the geometrical precision, the precision of indication and the service life of the machine. The work should therefore be carried out by professional staff.
The placement, installation, adjustment, watering and cementing of the test machine, connection of oil pipe, power connection, driving, test run and other work are carried out organically, and are related to each other, and each link should be taken seriously.
1. Installation conditions
The test machine should be installed in the room which is clean, dry, vibration-free and with uniform temperature, and enough maintenance space should be left around the test machine.
The main engine of the test machine shall be installed on the basis of concrete, and its size shall be determined according to the requirements of foundation drawings, wires, installation pipes and other devices. The upper plane of the foundation should be flat, straightened with a level gauge, and then installed on the testing machine after the foundation is dry.

2.1 the foundation engineering of the machine is constructed according to the foundation drawing.
2.2 initial alignment of the host
On the basis of the main engine, place the inclined iron and make the mounting bolt hole of the base coincide with the center of the base hole. Used in 2 groups in 4 locations.
Set the frame level in the center position above the work table (its precision is 0.05/1000) to adjust the host precision. Make it 0.1/1000.
2.3 casting and cementing of test machine foundation
2.3.1 testing machine precision alignment, the anchor nut with cement fixation, the pad iron pad underneath the stand firm, and cement base are all fill in the gap below to death, guarantee stand with good combination of cement base, prevent in use process due to vibration caused by the tester is not level, anchor nut after solid, cement dry before not tighten the anchor nut and start the machine (cement drying time is generally not less than 10-15 days). After the cement is completely dried, tighten the anchor nut and check the mounting accuracy of the test machine.
2.3.2 during the use of the test machine, due to the easy occurrence of looseness due to vibration, relevant parts should be fixed after the test machine has been used for some time.
2.4 to take over
When installing the oil pipe of the main engine, clean the oil pipe with kerosene first, and pay attention to whether the washer is complete at the joint. Oil cylinder pipe should be correctly taken over.
2.5 lubrication
The molybdenum disulfide grease can be applied on the lead screw to lubricate the lead screw and its mother. Molybdenum disulfide grease can be applied to avoid nibbling or death on sliding surface. The chain and sprocket shaft shall be regularly filled with thin grease.
